Panda GateDefender Integra is an easy-to-install unified perimeter security appliance that protects the network against all types of threats, both network-level and content-based, through a simple browser-based interface. It is the only plug-and-protect device to deliver real-time malware protection and spam filtering across multiple content channels with zero latency, thanks to Panda's unique cloud-based Collective Intelligence. The web-based console enables administrators to monitor security status across the network, generate reports, and change or deploy policies anywhere, any time.

The integration of cloud technology with the traditional form-factor of a gateway appliance dramatically increases protection capacity while reducing resource consumption to a minimum in a set and forget solution that can be deployed in-line in minutes. GateDefender Integra delivers protection for all major threat vectors immediately on installation, without the need for additional configuration. Signatures for antimalware, content filtering, web filtering, and Intrusion Prevention System rules are automatically updated every 90 minutes, and spam fingerprinted are updated every minute to ensure fully updated protection at all times.

GateDefender Integra scans all major protocols - HTTP, FTP, SMTP, IMAP4, POP3, and NNTP for content, IP, TCP, UDP, ICMP for network intrusion, IPSec, SSL, L2TP, PPTP for VPN - to ensure optimum protection. The VPN supports both static and dynamic (stateful and deep packet) inspection, and data in the VPN tunnel is always encrypted. External attacks are blocked using rules-based files with adjustable thresholds.
